Hours: 37.5-40 hours over 4.5 days per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics, a love for teaching, and the ability to inspire and motivate club members and young coaches of all skill levels.

The job will include administration time and direct coaching for approximately 80% of the hours. Coaching will include recreational general gymnastics in preschool to young adults and also Freestyle gymnastics activities. (relevant training will be offered depending on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver engaging and effective gymnastics classes for recreational, preschool and freestyle gymnasts.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment.
Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and other staff members.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Complete admin roles set by management plus some planning of sessions involved.

Qualifications:
Previous experience coaching gymnastics at a recreational level.
British Gymnastics UKCC Level 2 or higher.
Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Passion for gymnastics and working with children.
